Shipping Policy

Handling Time:

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  (We currently offer free international shipping)

International Shipping

We offer free standard international shipping to most of the countries: [list of excluded countries below]. 

European Countries: The estimated time of arrival: 11-22 days.

U.S and Canada: The estimated time of arrival: 12-20 days.

African Countries: The estimated time of arrival: 15-25 days.

Middle East Countries: The estimated time of arrival: 8-14 days.

Fast Expedited shipping is also available. The shipping cost varies depending on the order quantity and destination. Please contact us if you are interested. Contact us.

Shipping to Middle East Counties:

When you order has shipped. You will receive a notification email with the tracking code that is usually as follows: UGxxxxxxxxxYP. once your package arrives to your countries. It will be given another tracking code that is usually as follows: RCxxxxxxxxxMY. this code will allow you to track on your package status and pick up your package in you local post office.

Import duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ONOLA STORE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

You can track your order status using TRACK YOUR ORDER page using the tracking code that you received in your email or your order ID and email address.

If you haven’t received your order within 22 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@onolastore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
